Meet Stephen J. Natoli
Mr. Natoli has tried cases in Federal, State and Municipal Court. Prior to founding the law firm, Mr. Natoli served as a state prosecutor. During his time as a prosecutor Mr. Natoli was involved in the investigation and prosecution of hundreds of cases varying in complexity and seriousness.
As a defense attorney, Mr. Natoli has represented individuals charged federally with racketeering, murder, assault, distribution of narcotics, and more.
Mr. Natoli comes from a tight-knit, North Jersey family. He credits his work ethic to his father, a local businessman, who worked every day to create a better life for his family.
Mr. Natoli credits much of his professional development to longtime mentors Daniel Welsh, Anthony Iacullo, John Molinari, and Rene Riverol.
Meet Kathleen Walrod
Kathleen A. Walrod’s unparalleled expertise and deep knowledge base are grounded in her experiences as a judge, prosecutor, municipal corporate counsel, and managing partner of her own law firm.
Originally from Jersey City, Kathleen has remained in the Hudson County community throughout her career and held various roles within professional associations in Hudson County. Additionally, Kathleen was a member of the District VI Ethics Committee and is certified by the Superior Court as an approved mediator for both civil and family law matters.
In addition to her ties to the community, Kathleen has held positions in associations dedicated to achieving gender fairness and making recommendations to the courts to effectuate the goal of eliminating existing gender bias. Namely, the Supreme Court Committee on Women in the Courts, the National Association of Women Judges.
